Telesource has had the Master agent model since December of 2000 but we have been in the Telecom business since early 1997. Currently with our carriers we are part of the Master Agent programs. With AT&T we are ranked number 15 in overall production. We have a very strong relationship with all AT&T companies across the board. (Bellsouth, Pac Bell, Ameritech, SW Bell, SNET). We are ranked Number 10 in the country with Embarq.  Sprint we are close to the top as well. With Time Warner Cable Business I have worked closely with them in the past year to roll out the national agent program and we are proud to be the first true Master Agent for those guys. With every carrier we have a dedicated support team that includes Design engineers and implementation team. We pride ourselves on strong relationships with our carriers across the board.  With our Expense Management product we do provide the customer a fully audited bill and depending on which level of service they choose we can pay the bills to the carriers and send the customer one single invoice no matter how many sites or who the carrier is. We currently have these services with about 24 customers. It really separates us from other agent programs in that aspect. We charge based on the customers needs and you as an agent also get a commission. When a customer works through us they have the option to work directly with the carrier or use our back office as the liaison for more efficient communications. With the orders we work it from the quote to ordering and implementation to install, billing issues and repair! That service is at no cost to your customers.  We provide all tools for ordering services to your customers. We have an interactive web based service that you order services through. Also you have one point of contact and we always make sure you have the correct contracts and order forms for my back office team to implement things correctly.  Also we provide services for many different CLEC’s throughout the country. I have hand selected the CLEC’s that we do business with to make sure the are the best the industry has to offer. I firmly believe that we are only as good as the back office that supports us and in the customers eyes we are the guiding light when it comes to communications.  Commissions which is always the most important are paid at the end of every month. With our tool you are able to see your commissions and identify how much you are being paid on each customer. With our on boarding team you will have a commission schedule of each carrier so you will have an idea of how much each product pays.  Our overall agent program has been a great success and I owe that to many different aspects. Communications with my agents, Scalability, reliability and serviceability are all priority one. I look forward to becoming your partner as well. As our footprint is national we look to our agents as well for help in the respective areas were you have a footprint. We always use you as a local contact with phone systems, cabling and fiber services. Many of our customers are multi location and always in demand of the above mentioned.
